We understand that many people for lots of different reasons might not want to or be able to pay online. We want Bloom Market to be accessible for everyone. If you want to order in person directly from one of our markets, you can! Here’s how:
Come visit the partner market of your choice on the Wednesday. Here you can collect an easy to use form you can fill in and return to us in person or by pinging us a picture on whatsapp.
We will prepare your order for collection on the market day of our partner organisations
Come down and collect and pay for your goodies - remember to bring a bag!
You can email your order in to hello@bloom-market.co.uk or post a pic on whatsapp 07961445623
-
Unfortunately, we don’t have the option of ordering on the day. In order to reduce waste, we deliver exactly what has been ordered by customers to our markets.

Sometimes things don’t always go to plan.
Although we take the best steps we can, occasionally items are unavailable or might not meet your expectations. If an item is missing, we might be able to offer you a substitute on the day, or if you are missing an item or receive something of poor quality, we will offer you a refund.
You can reach out to us for a refund by emailing hello@bloom-market.co.uk or contacting us on whatsapp/sms on 07961445623

Reach out to us on hello@bloom-market.co.uk and someone from our community engagement team will be in touch. We have NO qualifying factors for receiving free food, but we may not be able to immediately fully support you. Our team will handle your enquiry with complete discretion.

Yes! In fact, whether you buy from us or not, if you need a bit of extra support we might be able to help. We receive other donations of food and non food items that can help give you that little bit of extra support when you need it.
You can contact our community engagement team on email hello@bloom-market.co.uk or by Whatsapp/sms on 07961445623.

Absolutely! Bloom Market is accessible for everyone. Not only does buying from us support the local organisation you collect from, but you are also helping to support local food economies and rescue fruit and veg that is at risk of going to waste.

Most of our produce comes from New Spitalfields Market in Leyton, with some produce coming directly from growers in the Lea Valley and around.

We have a small (but growing) selection of surplus ambient grocery items. These might be discontinued items, mislabelled or close or past the best before date. We will always explain the reason why.
